You will take up the role of Graduate Acoustic consultant and join the clients Southampton branch. Within the role you will enjoy a vastly prestigious client list both in public and private sectors and carry out a range of acoustic related duties over a number of high profile developments and programs. Training shall be given to the right candidate to work toward being a Senior Acoustic Consultant with MIOA status being a definite goal., Advice on legislation
Liaise with consultants, engineers and architects
Writing high quality reports
Fa ade design to control external noise intrusion
Sound insulation testing and advice on remedial treatment
Assessment of internal acoustic performance of buildings
Undertake noise assessment site visits all over the UK
Contribute to group expansion and develop and maintain business through networking, contact nurturing and presentations

MSc/BSc in Acoustics/Noise and Vibration
Full driving license
Experience
Either formal acoustics training or Building Acoustics experience. Any construction industry knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
Technically competent and IT proficient
Commercially aware and team player
Good communication and client liaison skills
Ideally personal experience of Noise Modeling using a recognized software package and familiarity in using noise monitoring equipment.
