Proficiency in transport modelling and related analytical tools, with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations. Excellent communication skills, including technical report writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. Degree (or equivalent) in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline. Experience with UK transport policy, design standards, and development planning processes, including liaison with local authorities and public bodies. Competence with relevant software, including junction and network modelling, GIS, and MS Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid working environment, with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
