An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Associate Director to join a growing multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy delivering complex projects across infrastructure, transport, utilities, energy and critical sectors. With an excellent reputation for technical expertise and collaborative project delivery, the business continues to expand across the UK.

This role will be based near Crawley and will play a key part in leading geotechnical projects, managing client relationships, mentoring engineers and supporting wider business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects
  • Oversee site investigations, reporting and technical reviews

Requirements to be considered:

  • Significant UK geotechnical engineering experience
  • Strong technical and commercial awareness
  • Previous leadership or project management experience
  • Chartered status or working towards Chartership preferred
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Must live in or near the Crawley office
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
