An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Associate Director to join a growing multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy delivering complex projects across infrastructure, transport, utilities, energy and critical sectors. This role will be based near Crawley and will play a key part in leading geotechnical projects, managing client relationships, mentoring engineers and supporting wider business growth.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects
- Oversee site investigations, reporting and technical reviews

Requirements to be considered:
- Significant UK geotechnical engineering experience
