An award-winning architectural practice based in Bicester is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to join their growing team. This predominantly remote role (four days from home, one in the office) is perfect for someone self-motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to progress within a supportive, design-focused environment. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative studio delivering multi-residential housing, along with substantial experience in commercial to residential development.

Daily Duties:

  • Developing designs from concept through to technical detail
  • Producing drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Managing workload and deadlines independently
  • Supporting project delivery across all stages

Ideal Candidate:

  • Part 2 qualified or recently ARB-registered Architect
  • Strong portfolio with creative and technical work
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to grow with the team
