This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who offer a wide range of design services to masterplanning, urban design and residential projects. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Graduate Architectural Technologist to join them in their Derby studio.

Duties include:

  • Assist with and help deliver on a range of projects
  • Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
  • Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
  • Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages

Skills and experience:

  • Degree within Architectural Technology
  • Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist is desirable
  • Experience with Vectorworks is desirable but not essential
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Excellent technical and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driver's license
