The role:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinated construction information across a range of projects
- Develop technical designs from planning approval through to construction and completion
- Prepare Building Regulations packages and ensure compliance with current UK legislation and industry standards
- Create and maintain project models and documentation using Revit
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams to coordinate technical information
- Attend design team meetings and site visits as required
- Support the successful delivery of projects by resolving technical issues and maintaining high‑quality documentation
- Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved
About you:
- Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK architectural practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and building systems
- Proficient in Revit, with the ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation
- Experience delivering residential projects; commercial sector experience would also be advantageous
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Well organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Full UK driving licence
- Living within a commutable distance of Croydon
