A growing residential developer is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its in-house design team in Cornwall. This is a unique opportunity to work on the design, technical development and delivery of high-quality residential schemes across Cornwall, ranging from standard house type developments to bespoke luxury homes. Working closely with the wider development team, the successful Architectural Technician will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, producing planning and technical information while supporting the coordination of consultants and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Produce feasibility layouts, planning drawings and technical construction packages for residential developments.
- Prepare and coordinate planning and Building Control application submissions.
- Develop and maintain house type drawings, standard details and project documentation.
- Coordinate and review information received from consultants, manufacturers and subcontractors.
- Assist with technical design coordination, utility enquiries and design programme management.
