Commercial Plumber London / Mobile | Full-Time, Permanent £50,000-£65,000 DOE Are you an experienced plumber looking to carry out high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance across a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial properties? This could be the role for you. We are working with a family-owned construction and property maintenance business, delivering planned and reactive building services to commercial and residential clients across Central London for over 20 years. What You'll Be Doing Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across all property types Diagnose and fix faults on domestic and commercial systems and appliances Complete 1st and 2nd fix work, testing, and commissioning Liaise with customers and subcontractors Carry out ongoing risk assessments Accurately record labour and materials for each job Take part in the call-out rota Act as a role model, supporting and coaching apprentices What We're Looking For Time-served / NVQ3 or equivalent gas and plumbing qualification Good understanding of commercial heating systems ACS gas qualification elements: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1 Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation and Multimeter training desirable (or willingness to work towards) Current CSCS card Full, clean driving licence What You'll Get Salary dependent on experience (£50,000-£65,000) 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension scheme Friendly and supportive working environment Company training and upskilling Opportunities for growth and development Are you ready for the next challenge?
