A well-established, RIBA-registered architectural studio based in Essex is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Architectural Technician to become part of its friendly and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the technical design and development of projects across all RIBA stages in the role of Architectural Technician
- Produce, coordinate, and manage technical drawings, construction packages, and detailed building information
- Support project delivery, including site visits and coordination duties
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to help ensure projects run smoothly
- Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies, and technical presentations
- Ensure all work is completed in line with current UK building regulations and industry standards
About You
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based architectural practice
