Our client, an ambitious, growing construction and environmental consultancy, has an urgent requirement for a SAP Assessor to join their busy energy and sustainability assessment team on a remote basis. Within the role, you will predominantly be working on energy and sustainability assessments for large scale housing and multi-residential developments.
Experience / Qualifications
- Fully qualified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor
- Demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of SAP assessments for new build projects
- Experience with SBEM and Energy Performance Certificates will be an advantage
