An established sustainability and engineering consultancy is looking for a BREEAM AP to join its London team, supporting contractors through the construction and delivery stages of BREEAM-certified projects.
This is a great opportunity for a BREEAM Consultant with 2+ years' experience who wants to develop their contractor-facing experience and work closely with site teams on live projects!
The role
As a BREEAM Consultant, you will:
- Support contractors with BREEAM requirements throughout construction, commissioning and handover.
- Help translate BREEAM AP requirements into practical actions for project and site teams.
- Attend BREEAM workshops, progress meetings and construction site visits.
- Maintain BREEAM trackers, evidence schedules and action logs.
- Review contractor and subcontractor evidence and identify compliance risks.
- Support materials, waste, responsible sourcing, commissioning and other construction-stage credits.
- Work alongside BREEAM Assessors, contractors and design teams to support successful certification.
- Assist with final evidence collation and Post Construction Review.
About you
- 2+ years' relevant sustainability/BREEAM experience.
- Demonstrable experience supporting contractors with construction-stage BREEAM delivery.
- BREEAM AP qualification is desirable.
- Strong understanding of BREEAM requirements and construction-stage evidence.
- Comfortable working with site teams, contractors and design teams.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach.
- UK driving licence desirable due to regular site visits.
