A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Architect to join its expanding team in Chester. This position would suit an experienced Architect looking to progress their career within a collaborative and design-focused environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including education, commercial, leisure and institutional.

The role

  • Managing and delivering projects across a variety of sectors
  • Supporting both the creative and technical stages of project delivery
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants and wider design teams
  • Producing and reviewing technical information, specifications and drawings
  • Presenting design proposals and solutions both internally and externally
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of the Chester office
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard

Requirements for the Senior Architect role

  • Qualified Architect with significant post-Part III experience
  • Strong experience across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Strong detailing and technical delivery capabilities
  • Proven Revit project experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Career-driven and motivated to progress professionally
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative office environment
