As a Sustainability Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering BREEAM assessments and other sustainability certifications such as HQM, Fitwel, and SKA.

- Preparing sustainability certification reports for both planning and technical purposes.
- Managing client engagement and project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project goals.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who meets the following criteria:
- Qualified in BREEAM certification with a proven track record of certifying buildings.
- Knowledge of or qualifications in other certifications (e.g., HQM, Fitwel, SKA) is desirable.
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
- Membership or qualification through a professional body such as ISEP, IEMA, CIBSE, or LCC.
- Strong commercial awareness of building regulations, the planning process, and the construction industry.
- Excellent numeracy, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- A valid driving license with fewer than 3 penalty points.
