Duties:

  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
  • Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring
  • Work across a mix of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites
  • Produce accurate survey and analytical reports
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with UKAS and HSE guidance
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Skills and experience:

  • BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
  • Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards
  • Good IT skills and report writing ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
