Daily Duties:
- Work across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
- Produce high-quality design and technical drawings
- Assist with planning applications, building regulations, and tender packages
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Attend site visits and project meetings
- Support project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints
Ideal Candidate:
- Part 2 Architectural Assistant with substantial UK practice experience, or a fully qualified Part 3 Architect
- Strong design and technical skills
- Proficient in industry-standard software (Adobe Suite essential; MicroStation and SketchUp beneficial)
- Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (desirable)
- Experience running projects or leading small teams (desirable)
- Ideally based locally to Carshalton, Surrey / South London
