Are you a water environment specialist with expertise and a love for technical work, tired of your days involving managing administrative timelines, chasing sub-consultants, or losing hours to a compulsory 3-to-4-day weekly commute? Well, a highly recognised, well established water environment team are recruiting for their next Associate EIA Specialist, and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The role of the Associate EIA Specialist will involve a focus on technical authoring, mentoring junior specialists and leadership of EIA water assessments. This permanent hybrid role will only require a minimum of 1 day a week in office, allowing for up to 4 days remote. The Associate EIA Specialist will act as a technical anchor for the team

Requirements for the Associate EIA Specialist role:
- A chartered professional (e.g., via CIWEM, ICE, or Geological Society), or actively working at a senior level aiming to achieve it
- Proven experience in writing and defending robust hydrogeology, hydrology, and water environment chapters for complex EIAs.
