A highly respected architectural practice in Canterbury is looking for an experienced Architect to join their talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of prestigious projects, including residential, commercial and heritage developments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop creative design solutions that meet client briefs and project goals.
  • Prepare detailed design proposals, drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of design strategies and best practices.

Requirements for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Excellent design and technical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Experience in heritage and conservation projects is desirable.
