A highly respected architectural practice in Canterbury is looking for an experienced Architect to join their talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of prestigious projects, including residential, commercial and heritage developments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage projects from concept to completion.
- Develop creative design solutions that meet client briefs and project goals.
- Prepare detailed design proposals, drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development of design strategies and best practices.
Requirements for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent design and technical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Experience in heritage and conservation projects is desirable.
