Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Deliver various residential projects from inception through to completion
- Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain client relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Degree within architectural technology
- Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
