BREEAM Assessor / Sustainability Consultant – Remote CTJ40 £45,000 – £48,000 This a great opportunity for an experienced Consultant to become a part of a consultancy focused on providing expert advice and solutions in energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental design. They work with clients, developers, and investors to help design and deliver sustainable buildings, guiding projects through key sustainability framework. Their services include energy modelling, life-cycle assessments (LCA), carbon analysis (both embodied and operational), and low or zero-carbon design strategies. Role Overview Provide expert advice to clients, developers, and investors on BREEAM assessments, Life-Cycle Building Assessments, Embodied and Operational Carbon, and champion low or zero carbon design principles.
