A specialist energy, sustainability and building services organisation based near Guildford are seeking an experienced sustainability consultant / BREEAM Assessor to join the expanding team. You’ll be provided with the opportunity to work with innovative specialists, develop your skills and progress through the company.
Responsibilities of the role include carrying out BREEAM Assessments and providing reports and advice to clients. The selected candidate will also be managing projects from start to finish, supporting team members with fee proposals, developing BREEAM strategies by attending design team meetings and delivering technical reports and presentations. Opportunity to expand knowledge in sustainability statements, embodied carbon reduction strategies, BREEAN Refurbishment, BREEAM In-Use, Net Zero Strategies and ESG strategies will also be available.

Be an BREEAM Accredited Professional

Familiarity and experience with LCA & LCC Assessments and OneClick software.
