Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the design team on residential projects
  • Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
  • Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
  • Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings

Skills and qualifications

  • Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
  • In the process of completing your RIBA Part 3 is desirable
  • Strong Post RIBA Part 2 Qualification experience within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
  • House builder experience is desirable
  • Job running experience
  • Strong experience working across RIBA stages 0 through to 3
  • Excellent drawing and design skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
