Daily Duties:
- Work across all RIBA stages, from concept design through technical delivery and construction
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and client expectations
- Lead the interpretation of project briefs and development of design proposals through to detailed design
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Coordinate design submissions and technical information, including drawings, reports, and specifications
- Manage project fees and invoicing, with administrative support where required
- Support the securing of new work and contribute to business development activities
- Promote the practice and contribute to positive profile and PR
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while leading small project teams when required
- Attend site visits and support regional project work
Ideal Candidate:
- ARB-registered UK-qualified Architect
- Strong design ability supported by a solid technical understanding
- Proven proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Professional experience within a high-quality, design-led architectural practice
- Strong interest in large-scale projects, with the ability to manage smaller or multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and lead small teams independently
- Excellent drawing, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client-facing situations
- Awareness of the sensitivities involved in client communication and presentations
- Ability to balance competing workloads across multiple projects
- Demonstrable experience coordinating technical information and design submissions
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
