Daily Duties:
- Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion
- Manage and mentor small teams of architects and assistants
- Oversee design development, technical delivery, and project coordination
- Attend and contribute to senior management and design review meetings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure projects meet programme, budget, and quality expectations
- Contribute to business development and winning new work
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of all RIBA stages
- Experience leading projects and managing teams
- Confident communicator, comfortable in senior meetings
- Knowledge of CDM and BSA (Principal Designer experience desirable)
- Highly organised, driven and commercially aware
- Ambitious and ready to take on greater responsibility
