Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join their Banbury office. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded planner who enjoys managing projects, building client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of a growing consultancy. As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of planning projects from inception through to completion. You'll provide expert planning advice to clients, prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, liaise with local authorities and stakeholders, and play an important role in developing new business opportunities. Managing a diverse range of planning applications and appeals. Providing clear and commercially focused planning advice to clients. Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation. Liaising with local planning authorities, consultees, and stakeholders. Attending client meetings, site visits, and planning committee meetings where required. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Supporting business development activities and networking opportunities. Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority. Strong knowledge of the UK planning system. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
