Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise daily with clients, contractors, and public representatives.
- Perform air testing, including leak tests and 4-stage clearance for reoccupation.
- Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across commercial, domestic, and public sector properties.
- Undertake bulk sampling in your assigned area.
- Support regional growth initiatives alongside the Regional Manager.
