The Role
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
- Working across commercial and mixed-use sites
- Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports

- Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company standards
Requirements
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
- 2-3 years’ experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Full UK driving licence
