Our client is a well-established environmental consultancy, operating since the 1990s, with specialisms in Asbestos and Water Hygiene. UKAS-accredited and now authorised to deliver in-house BOHS training, they offer a supportive environment ideal for professional growth.
Role Summary:
As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you will deliver high-quality surveying, sampling, and air monitoring services in line with HSE guidelines, ensuring safety and compliance across various property types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys
- Perform air monitoring: background, leak, reassurance & 4-stage clearances
- Ensure compliance with HSG264, HSG248, and UKAS standards
- Submit clear and accurate reports using internal systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Maintain equipment and adhere to strict health & safety protocols
- Engage in regular audits, CPD, and internal training
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience
- Qualified in BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or working towards 403/404)
- Strong understanding of UK asbestos regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Kent and nearby areas
