Architectural Technologist
Location: Bedford
Salary: £30-40,000
An exciting opportunity is available for an Architectural Technologist to join a respected, award‑winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. Renowned for delivering imaginative, design‑driven projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed‑use sectors, the practice continues to grow and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support a diverse portfolio of high‑quality developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
- Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and the wider project team
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support throughout construction stages
- Ensure all work aligns with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice
Skills & Experience
- HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or a related discipline)
- Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit proficiency highly advantageous
- Experience with residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
- Fundamental understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
