Architect Location: Truro Salary: Β£37-45,000 An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Architect to join a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice in Truro. Renowned for delivering creative, practical and sustainable design solutions, the practice works across a broad portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, offering the chance to work on a variety of interesting and rewarding projects. This position would suit an Architect who enjoys seeing projects through from initial concept to completion, working closely with clients and consultants, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality developments. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative design proposals and technical solutions. Manage projects throughout all RIBA work stages. Produce planning, building regulations and construction drawings. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and statutory authorities. Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
