They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Service and Maintenance Engineer to join their highly skilled team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance including filter cleaning, refrigerant checks, and electrical inspections.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults within air conditioning systems quickly and effectively.
- Conduct repairs or part replacements on compressors, motors, thermostats, and more.
- Test systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety after each service.
- Keep detailed and accurate service reports, communicating clearly with clients and supervisors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong technical foundation in HVAC systems and refrigeration practices.
- Valid F-Gas certification and NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- The ability to pass DBS and/or Police and MoD background checks.
- Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- A meticulous approach to safety, compliance, and system performance.
