They are on the lookout for an experienced and job-winning Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Winchester.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
- Lead on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information
- Produce design solutions and construction packages
- Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong working relationships
Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:
- ARB registered
- Significant post RIBA qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit or Vectorworks
- Experience managing projects within the residential sector
- Experience with Masterplanning is advantageous
- Experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Ability to contribute to and develop a robust pipeline of work for the client
- Experience managing more junior team members in a previous role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Winchester area
