This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established AJ100 practice who offer award-winning design services to high-profile projects across the North of England. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their Sheffield studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
- Manage and deliver on retail projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline
- Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
- Working towards or has achieved CIAT chartership
- Experience working on projects within the retail sector
- Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical detailing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
