Responsibilities of the Senior Job Runner:
Run projects from concept through to completion, including masterplanning
Develop detailed data centre designs tailored to end-user requirements
Coordinate project teams and consultants to keep schemes on programme and to a high standard
Help to strengthen and deliver a well-established pipeline of upcoming work
Carry out site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Required skills and experience:
ARB registered Architect or CIAT accredited Architectural Technologist
Extensive post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
Proven track record of running data centre projects
Strong Revit skills
Experience managing and mentoring small teams
Excellent design and technical drawing ability
Strong attention to detail, with effective communication and organisational skills
Previous industrial sector experience (advantageous)
Based within reasonable commuting distance of Manchester
