The Role
- Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition xgikmsk (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264
- Undertaking air monitoring, including four-stage clearances and reoccupation certification
- Carrying out reassurance, leak, background, and personal air testing where required
- Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring correct procedures are followed
- Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports in accordance with HSG264 and HSG248
