A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Maidstone and the wider Kent region. The Role

  • Undertaking asbestos air monitoring, including background, leak, reassurance, and personal monitoring
  • Carrying out 4-stage clearances and issuing Certificates of Reoccupation
  • Conducting visual inspections on asbestos removal works
  • Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG248 guidance
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control
  • Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site teams

About You

  • BOHS P403 & P404 (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working as an Asbestos Analyst
  • Strong understanding of HSG248 and asbestos regulations
  • Professional, organised, and reliable
  • Strong communication skills
