Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Location: London & South East
Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across London and the surrounding South East. The Role

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264

Undertaking air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and 4-stage clearances in accordance with HSG248

Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring correct procedures are followed

Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports

Working across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, and public sector sites

Managing workload independently across London and surrounding areas

Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site personnel

Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures

About You

BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)

Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Confident undertaking surveying and analytical duties independently

Strong understanding of HSG264, HSG248, and current asbestos legislation

Full UK driving licence

Strong communication and report-writing skills

Professional, organised, and reliable
