This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading RIBA chartered projects who provide multidisciplined services to the commercial, healthcare, education, sports and leisure sectors. They are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their Kettering studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Work alongside the project team and deliver large-scale projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare design stake risk assessments and detailed design information
- Produce documents for statutory approval authorities
- Administer contract and project certifications
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- Working towards or has achieved CIAT membership
- Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- Managed large-scale projects across various sectors
- Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Kettering area
- Full UK Driver's license
