As a Consultant Ecologist, you will:
- Undertake protected species, botanical and habitat surveys
- Complete PEAs, EcIAs and professional ecological reports
- Deliver BNG assessments, habitat mapping and enhancement strategies
- Support protected species licence applications and mitigation
- Manage projects and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior ecologists
Requirements:
- 2+ years' ecological consultancy experience
- Relevant ecology/environmental degree
- Protected species licence(s) and progress towards others
- Experience with UKHab, BNG and ecological reporting
- QGIS or ArcGIS experience
- CIEEM membership
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Full right to work in the UK
- Living in or within a commutable distance of the Kent office
