Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

Working alongside specialists across rural, commercial, residential and professional services, you will play a key role in delivering practical planning advice and helping clients turn their development ambitions into reality.

Requirements for the role of Senior Town Planner:
- MRTPI chartership is essential
- Previous client-facing experience in a similar planning role within either the public or private sector
- A strong working knowledge of the UK planning system, the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), and relevant Local and Neighbourhood Plans
- Experience managing planning applications and providing strategic planning advice
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in advising clients and liaising with stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Ideally, at least three years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
