Boyer Planning is currently seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join their established Cardiff team. Boyer is a leading planning and development consultancy working across England and Wales, with the Cardiff team delivering significant projects across strategic planning, development management, and planning project coordination for a range of private and public-sector clients.
The Role
- Delivering and supporting significant planning projects
- Working across strategic planning and development management
- Coordinating planning projects from inception through to delivery
- Advising a range of private and public-sector clients
- Working within the wider property and development context
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the Cardiff team
Requirements
- MRTPI qualification
- Strong commercial approach and ability to apply planning knowledge within the wider property sector
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and energetic approach
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
- Experience in project management and delivering planning schemes
