Water Treatment Account Manager

Salary: Β£45,000 + Commission
Location: Cambridge
Start: Immediate

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Water Treatment Account Manager to join a successful and growing business covering the M11/A12 corridor.

The successful candidate must have strong experience servicing cooling towers, steam boilers and closed systems, alongside a very good understanding of HSG274, BS2486, BG50 and BS8552.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
  • Build relationships with clients, site personnel and consultants.
  • Carry out site visits, service visits and water sampling.
  • Deal with microbiological results and recommendations.
  • Prepare renewal quotations and costs for additional works.
  • Identify opportunities to sell relevant services.
  • Provide technical advice and complete day-to-day administration.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Water treatment industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cooling towers, steam boilers and closed systems.
  • Excellent understanding of HSG274, BS2486, BG50 and BS8552.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
