Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Midlands
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000

An established compliance services provider is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor / Engineer to join its growing Midlands team. This is a mobile role covering multiple client sites across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01
  • Producing detailed reports, including recommendations, management plans, control schemes and schematic drawings.
  • Providing technical advice and support to clients.
  • Assisting with water hygiene monitoring and maintenance activities when required.
  • Completing inspections and reports using electronic survey software.
  • Working independently while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and customer service.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Legionella Risk Assessor or similar role.
  • City & Guilds or equivalent accredited Legionella Risk Assessment qualification.
  • Experience carrying out water hygiene maintenance, servicing and testing.
  • Good knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, Water Regulations and related guidance.
  • Confident using tablets and electronic reporting systems.
