Join BMG’s team to support the Director of UK Marketing and senior marketing team across a range of marketing activities and strategies!
This is a 5-month temporary assignment, to start ASAP and end on December 19th.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage all artist products in BMG systems, enhancing workflows and implementing new procedures as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, A&R, production, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products and communicate any changes to release dates.
- Oversee the briefing, delivery, and approval of marketing materials, ensuring proper storage formats.
- Maintain and update the artist project diary and reports, distributing project assets timely.
- Create and update project decks, sales notes, and pitching information for digital releases.
- Manage digital storage and marketing portals for assigned projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate and implement creative marketing strategies.
- Organize travel arrangements for artists and coordinate with promoters on ticket buys and guest lists.
- Plan showcase events and after shows.
- Assist in managing small projects under the guidance of the marketing lead.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities during campaign planning and maintain an industry network.
Your Profile
- Previous marketing experience within a label, DSP, management company, promoter or other music / tech related company
- Understanding of streaming and digital marketing
- Experience with project management
- Strong PowerPoint and design skills
- A strong and personable communicator
