Coordinator Sync Licensing (Clearance / Negotiation)

This role is responsible for handling a high volume of incoming synchronization quote requests across various media, primarily supporting the advertising team with requests for branded videos, corporate uses, and other media. This includes clearance, negotiation, quoting, responding swiftly to clients, and building relationships with internal and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, clear, quote, and secure third-party approval on inbound sync requests in the local territory.
• Determine appropriate fee quotes for sync usages based on licensing history, discussions with clients, and approvals from rights holders.
• Build and maintain relationships with songwriters, artists, their representatives, and sync clients.
• Report industry trends, sync highlights, and updates to the Direct Lead.
• Prepare confirmed sync documentation for licensing administration to issue licenses.
• Collaborate with sync colleagues across territories.

Your Profile:

• Experience or interest in synchronization licensing.
• Quick learner with an interest in negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships.
• Ability to network and build rapport with clients.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and organized, proficient in Microsoft Office.
