You\’ll need a strong awareness of digital advertising platforms, experience working effectively with freelancers, the ability to analyse campaign performance and share insights to inform both individual campaigns and team best practise.
- Being commercially minded, curious and inclusive in your approach. Bringing diversity of thought and innovation into the marketing team by looking outside the business for ideas and inspiration to share with the team and improve our work.
- Bringing together your experience with audience insight to provide feedback on acquisitions and leading on the creation of pitch documents for prospective authors.
- Devising content strategy for social channels in partnership with authors and public figures as well as for our imprints (with a focus on Century and Century Crime).
What you\’ll bring:
- Track record of producing standout marketing campaigns ideally within the publishing industry.
- Enthusiasm for working on both commercial and literary titles.
