We’re looking for a Strategy Manager to join our team and help shape the future direction of the business. You’ll deliver high quality research and analysis, transforming complex information into clear, compelling insights to directly inform senior leadership decision-making. You will bring strong analytical capability, along with the ability to communicate confidently and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver rigorous, relevant research and analysis, with clear insights and forward-looking guidance.
  • Monitor external developments and collaborate with internal analyst teams to provide strategic context around key business questions, identifying implications, risks and opportunities.
  • Lead core components of the annual strategy cycle, including analyses for our annual market & business review and our annual company strategy update.
  • Produce high-quality corporate presentations for the CEO and Leadership Team members as required.
  • Provide clear, relevant information on our business and market performance to the organisation in collaboration with the Communications team.
  • Act as a trusted sounding board to members of the team and other colleagues.
  • Partner across departments to shape the team’s thinking, test assumptions and strengthen strategic alignment.
  • Contribute to cross-functional and CEO-priority projects, flexing across topics and core responsibilities as required.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives including M&A, partnerships and negotiations where relevant.
  • Apply AI tools to enhance the speed and perspective of research and analysis outputs.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity and process improvement, or a motivation to build capability in this area.
  • Curious and able to learn fast, absorbing and assimilating a lot of information quickly and making connections between it.
  • Highly adaptable, comfortable managing shifting priorities, tight deadlines and variable workloads.
  • Confident communicator, both written and oral, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and credible, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and seniority levels.

Salary and location

Circa £55,000 dependent on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits. While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will be in the office 3 days a week.
