Penguin General seeks a Production Manager for a 15‑month fixed term contract from December 2026 to March 2028. You will oversee mono and colour production, manage and develop the Production team, and work with Editorial, Design, Sales and Finance to deliver titles on time and within budget.
You will lead complex manufacturing decisions, shape processes, and build strong supplier relationships while ensuring high standards across a varied list of titles. Hybrid working from London offices.
