The role
As Marketing Administrator you will be focused on supporting core processes and enabling the team to operate efficiently within a fast‑paced environment. Sitting at the heart of the marketing team, you will develop a strong understanding of marketing project management across the full lifecycle of a book, and across all our imprints, with exposure and attendance at key business meetings including our Acquisitions, Brand and Campaigns meetings. Please note that this role will not be working directly on campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative (PA) support to the Director of Marketing, including diary management, coordinating meetings (agendas and minutes), organising travel, and processing invoices.
- Support general administration for the marketing team, including campaign admin, maintaining key documents and reports, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day workflow across the team.
- Maintain and update team databases and systems, and manage shared files and folders including key processes such as proofs, point‑of‑sale materials, title allocations, catalogues, pitch and sales kits, and trade press submissions.
- Act as a key point of contact for the department, handling internal and external queries and liaising with media and creative agencies.
- Assist with presentations and the creation and distribution of assets (both internal and external), including large divisional and group presentations, using PowerPoint, WordPress and online tools.

- Familiarity with marketing operations or campaign administration.
