We are seeking a visionary Campaigns Director to drive our marketing and publicity efforts with passion and a growth mindset.

About the team

Quadrille's campaigns team is innovative, resourceful and strategic. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to plan and action highly targeted strategies across the list, from launching bestsellers to building long‑term author brands. Your role will be pivotal in propelling Quadrille’s growth and ensuring we remain at the fore of publishing trends and reader tastes.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspire and mentor the campaigns team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
  • Design and implement ambitious and targeted audience‑facing campaigns for Quadrille’s books and brands.
  • Collaborate together with the Quadrille Management Team to align business priorities with marketing, publicity and consumer insight.
  • Sustain Quadrille’s market‑leading reputation in food and lifestyle publishing.

While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you’ll spend at least three days per week at our Embassy Gardens office.
