Job Overview?

We are looking for experienced salespeople from the home improvements/insulation industry. Do you thrive in a self-employed role where your sales talent is directly rewarded? If you are driven, have a proven track record in selling home improvement services (specifically spray foam removal and insulation such as SuperFOIL, Mineral Wool or Properla), this is the opportunity for you.

We are eager to speak to go getters who are self-motivated & thrive in a competitive environment. Previous experience in the SuperFOIL / Spray Foam Removal or wall coatings industry is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will be ready to start converting sales straight away.

The Role Itself

This is an exciting self-employed role with uncapped potential commission earnings. We will aim to provide 2-4 pre-confirmed appointments in your surrounding 50–70-mile radius for you every day. They will be a mix of warm & cold leads to keep your diary as busy as possible.

You will attend these appointments in a professional credible manor, conduct a full survey evaluation of the customers property – Checking the current effectiveness of the existing insulation & identify any potential issues or areas of improvement. On conclusion you will then sell our products and services on the back of your findings with a very competitive pricing & commission model.

Theres no limit when it comes to earnings/commission, the more you sell the more you earn. On average our surveyor reps are earning anywhere from £1,250-£2,000 per week comfortably.

Requirements:

• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Self-motivated and confident in speaking with customers.
• Your own equipment: Telescopic ladders, moisture detectors, etc.

Pay: £1,250.00-£2,000.00 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay
